COVID-19 Spring 2025 Booster Campaign
Everyone age 75 (including those who will be 75 by 17 June 2025) or over and those aged 6 months to 74 years and have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment are eligible for an NHS COVID-19 booster vaccination. The local NHS will be delivering the vaccination programme and patients have a choice about where to receive their vaccination. Our local pharmacies will be working with us and have appointments available to book from 25th March. If you are eligible you can book online though the NHS web site www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/vaccination-and-booking-services/book-covid-19-vaccination/ or in the NHS App or by calling 119 (calls are free from a landline and mobile).
If you are unable to access a booking locally please contact the surgery who can book you into a clinic being held at Witley Surgery in May.
Housebound patients will be contacted directly by our nursing team.
