Petworth Road entrance will be closed to traffic.
There will be limited parking available at Rake Lane entrance.
If you have limited mobility please wait to receive a text to book an appointment at the surgery.
If you do not wish to receive a flu vaccination please inform the surgery.
If you are unable to attend the above flu clinic but still wish to have a flu vaccination then please wait to receive a text that will have a self-booking link attached that will enable you to book a convenient appointment at the Surgery.
