Dr Foster’s usual consultation days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Dr Foster qualified from the University of Edinburgh medical school in 2006. He completed the first years of his medical career in the British Army training in London and the South East, then as a GP in West London and in various locations around the world until joining the NHS in 2019 and moving his young family from London towards the south coast, swapping playgrounds for vegetable patches. He has interests in rehabilitation from injury, occupational and lifestyle medicine, as well as experience in the full range of general practice problems. He is a keen sailor, enthusiastic skier, average road cyclist, and DIY dabbler.
