Adult blood tests can be carried out at the practice.
Alternatively you can book online with a local service Online Appointment Healthcare Platform | Swiftqueue. This will take you directly to the booking page. Enter ‘Witley’ in the Location box and select ‘Adult Blood Tests’ in the Specialty box. The local services at Royal Surrey County Hospital, Milford Community Hospital and Haslemere Community Hospital will pop up and you can select an appointment time to suit you. You will need a blood test request form from the GP.
A walk-in service is available at Haslemere Community Hospital on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-5pm.
