How to Request Your Medication, Make a Medical Request or Raise an Admin Query
We’re pleased to let you know that from Monday, you’ll be able to request your repeat prescriptions online through the Witley Surgery website, 24 hours a day. www.witleyandmilforddrs.nhs.uk and click the Medicus ‘Start a new request’ button. If you have the previous link bookmarked in your browser please refresh this.
When you log in, you’ll see your repeat medications and can simply tick the boxes for what you need. Because this system is now fully integrated into our medical records, your request comes directly to the team and can be authorised quickly and efficiently.
The NHS App will also link into this service from Tuesday onwards. Until then, please use the website to request your medication, make a medical or admin request. Proxy access (where someone else manages your prescriptions for you) will take a little longer to transfer, as this depends on NHS App processing times — but in the meantime, the website gives you a reliable 24/7 option by clicking the Medicus ‘Start a new request’ button on our homepage.
As Monday is our first day going live with the new system, please bear with us while staff get used to the process. We’re confident this change will make ordering medication easier and faster for everyone.
