Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:
- Via the NHS App (this is the quickest and most secure option)
- Start a New Request Start | Witley & Milford Surgery
- Returning the tear-off slip attached to your last prescription to the practice
- Local pharmacy repeat ordering scheme
We DO NOT take prescription requests over the telephone.
Your prescription will be ready for collection 3 working days (72 hours) later. If you are a dispensing patient you will receive a text message when it is ready to collect.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you may be asked to make an appointment.
You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please bring photo ID with you and speak with one of our receptionists.
